Sloped Concrete Solutions is an approved installer of Siplast lightweight insulating concrete. Siplast Lightweight Insulating Concrete Systems combine the unique properties of lightweight insulating concrete and Insulperm premium expanded polystyrene foam insulation board. Siplast Lightweight Insulating Concrete is available in four mix designs: ZIC, NVS, Insulcel, and Zonocel. The four designs represent a range of compressive and tensile strengths, allowing a choice of system based on substrate and specific project circumstances. Each design encapsulates the insulation board in insulating concrete. This process provides fire protection, prevents air infiltration, and bonds the total insulation system to the substrate. Unlike rigid board, Siplast Lightweight Insulating Concrete is reroofable, and therefore a truly sustainable insulation solution.

Elastizell Canada Inc. Variable Density Cellular Concrete

Sloped Concrete Solutions is an approved installer of Elastizell for both lightweight cellular and hybrid insulating concrete. These systems are utilized in roof decks, variable density concrete engineered fills and geotechnical applications. Cellular concrete use is an emerging construction trend for sustainable design in roofing and geotechnical applications. Elastizell roof decks provide positive drainage and permanent protected thermal insulation for built-up and single-ply roofing membranes. In Engineered fill applications, cellular concrete is cast in-situ as an alternate to standard granular fills for soil stabilization.
